Our refund policy ->

• We ONLY refund in wallet balance or BTC/LTC . For larger amounts ($50+) we can work with an exchanger. Who needs to pay exchange fees depends on the situation.

• We do not refund with the reason 'I don't use it anymore' or anything similar.

• We cannot refund wallet balance, all top-ups are final! Orders made with wallet balance can be refunded to your wallet or refunded in BTC/LTC, just like normal refunds.

• For PennyStream we only refund if we close our service and you have access time left. Make sure to test our service through the free trial so you are sure it fits your needs.
